Alison M Gifford is Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina. Alison’s educational credentials include a Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree with a concentration in Direct Practice Mental Health and Substance Use from The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) located in Arlington, Texas. Furthermore, Alison possesses a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Nonprofit Management and Community Leadership as well as minors in Social Entrepreneurship and Political Science from Salem College located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Her professional affiliations include The National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Alison’s career consists of approximately a decade of experience in both the social service field as well as the nonprofit sector. She is a North Carolina transplant and a native Texan. Her passions include advocating for mental health care accessibility, social justice, environmental sustainability, and women’s empowerment.
