With nearly a decade of experience across the social services and nonprofit sectors, Alison brings expertise in nonprofit management, case management, community outreach, and social entrepreneurship. She has collaborated with diverse stakeholders across sectors to strengthen community based resources and advance sustainable, equity driven initiatives. Alison is deeply committed to expanding access to mental health care, advancing social justice, promoting environmental sustainability, and supporting women’s empowerment intiatives.

Alison is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Texas and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in the State of North Carolina. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a concentration in Direct Practice in Mental Health and Substance Use from The University of Texas at Arlington. Alison also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Nonprofit Management and Community Leadership, with minors in Social Entrepreneurship and Political Science from Salem College located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) organization.​​
